Exterior...
Nice paint - probably original. Straight body. A couple of small dings only.

Interior...
Blue leatherette interior. Seven Passenger Wagon with Three rows of seats! Overall interior gets an 8 out of 10. Dash is not cracked, door panels and carpet and headliner all very nice. Has a Moon roof which works fine. All interior lights work. The drivers seat has some small cracks - see photo--. There is an aftermarket stereo AM/FM/CD player. The steering wheel is hand-stitched leather and has a great feel. All windows go up and down except rear left. AC works well (new compressor). Weathertech floorliner for cargo in the rear . Rear defrost .

Mechanical...
Two, yes two ppm over CA smog tolerance recently. Must sell to someone outside CA. Major work performed at 151,000 miles: Transmission Rebuilt, new fuel injectors, cap, rotor, wires, new radiator, new precat, new neutral safety switch, new windscreen, new rear hatch weatherstripping. A long list items where addressed In 2019 and 2020 including but not limited to new tires, new serpentine belt, new fuel filter, new cap and rotor, new ignition control manual, new brakes, new plugs Etc

Notes...
Clean . Dependable and a GREAT cruiser . Nice paint . Nice Interior. Transmission rebuilt at 151k. Engine valve job at 151k. Lots of receipts and recent maintenance (see below) shows She has been lovingly cared for, and the reason she is looking good at 190,000 miles. This wagon is a great daily driver and is sporty and stylish , fun to drive and super comfortable on a highway trip ! These wagons retailed for $45,000 in 1989. You can experience this Mercedes for a sliver of the cost - sunroof down cruising the freeway to your next event ! I love this wagon but have too many irons in the fire right now and not using it much. When I purchased it the AC didnt work. I purchased a new compressor ($900!). I've not had any problems with the car in 6 years. This Seven Passenger Wagon is equipped with AM/FM/CD Stereo, Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Drivers Seats, Interval Wipers, tilt wheel, Tachometer, Security System, Third Row Seat, Tinted privacy windows, polished Aluminum wheels with dust covers (prevents brake dust from tarnishing them and was told that these wheels were one year only and retailed for $1000 ea at the time they were made). Exterior... has nice paint - original. Straight body w/ only a couple of small dings. new front headlight surrounds ($100). Newly Pinstriped to match Interior. Tinted windows, good chrome. Interior... blue leatherette with Three (3) rows of seats! Overall interior gets an 8 out of 10. Dash is not cracked. The door panels and carpet and headliner all very nice. Has a Moon roof which works fine. All interior lights work. The drivers seat has some small cracks in seat cushion, but nothing major - please see photo-- Also, the laminated wood trim is chipped in center console. There is an aftermarket AM/FM/CD player. The steering wheel has a hand-stitched leather wrap and has a great feel. All windows go up and down . AC works well (new compressor, new gas). Weathertech floorliner for cargo in the rear . Rear defrost/wiper . electric antennae is INOP (It remains in the "up" position for reception). Tailgate door needs a prop in cold weather. Mechanically.... she is running well, idles well, brakes well etc. Known issues: 1.) she recently failed smog in CA by 2 ppm over CA smog tolerance. So...best to sell to someone outside CA. 2.) cruise control recently stopped working properly. It engages, but is set to a high speed. 3.) Battery will drain if not driven in a week or two. I've installed a quick disconnect switch at the battery. Work performed at 151,000 miles: Transmission Rebuilt, top end rebuilt, new fuel injectors, new radiator, new precat, new neutral safety switch, new windscreen, new rear hatch weatherstripping. Work performed at 188,000 miles: new tires, new serpentine belt, new fuel filter, new cap and rotor, new plugs, new ignition control module, new front brakes, new fluids, Etc. Nostalgic looks. Elegant styling. Unmistakably Mercedes. These are getting harder to find. Gets 22+ mpg. Priced for a quick sale. Had rather sell, but Trades considered .
