Q. Why should I use Classic Car Guy's
Exchange services?
A. Classic Car Guy provides a low cost, easy to use, form of "insurance"
to make your transaction with other people safe and easy. It takes
the trust issue out of any transaction (not just automobiles) and helps prevent fraudulent
sales. In addition, ClassicCarGuy.com is an ACCREDITED member of the BBB with an A+ rating since starting the Business in 1999!
Q. How Much Does It Cost and Who pays the service fee to Classic
Car Guy?
A. The fee for our service is just $200.00. The seller and buyer can agree on who pays the service fee, although
the buyer typically pays it. The service fee is a separate charge sent to Classic Car Guy along with the
funds to buy the Vehicle.
Q. So, can you tell me basically how it works?
A. Sure. Once we receive the Buyer Documents, we have the basic information about the buyer and What is to be purchased,
the price of the commodity (in this case a Vehicle), etc. and we set up the account accordingly.
The Seller Documents gather information from the Seller which should collaborate with the information the Buyer has provided.
The Seller instructs us how he/she wishes to be paid (by wire, by check).
The Seller is instructed to send a signed Bill of Sale and Title
for safe holding to CCG. Meanwhile, the Buyer is instructed to send Classic Car Guy payment for the Vehicle.
This may be done by wiring money to our account, or by sending a check made out to the Seller if that is Seller's preference.
Once funds are in the account and title and Bill of Sale are received, we send money to the Seller and Title and BOS to Buyer.
Q. Can anyone use Classic Car Guy's
services?
A. Yes, anyone can use Classic Car Guy services. Any vehicle(s)purchased from any classified ads, etc. are eligible.
Classic Car Guy exchange services may not be used for the purchase of real estate
or other non-transportable items. Also, Classic Car Guy exchange service may not be used to purchase any items prohibited
by law. However, If you wish to use our services to purchase any item on eBay or Amazon we can do that too. Whether it is a piece of furnature
or a guitar or a collector item, we can do it. If you are unsure about whether "it" qualifies for Classic Car Guy exchange services, please feel free to

A. Send Buyer Docs / Seller Docs by email preferably to Info@ClassicCarGuy.com.

Q. What are my payment options as a Buyer?
A.
1. When purchasing the vehicle, the payment method is specified by the seller. Often funds are wired to ClassicCarGuy.com.
Sometimes Seller will want to be paid by Cashier's Check.
2. Our Service Fee by using the button above (We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal)
Q. How long will the process take?
A. The normal escrow process takes approx. 3-5 days. The normal
escrow time also depends on the prompt sending of information such
as the Buyer's Docs, title, checks, etc. to Classic Car Guy.
