This stock straight 8, Model 51 6-passenger touring sedan gets a lot of attention and compliments. She has 1930s vintage aero, art deco, Buck Rodgers styling yet is formal, business-like, conservative and dignified.
The car drives so smooth you can't feel the road, with a beefy suspension (4 big coil springs, and rear hydraulic knee action suspension with anti sway and rocking horse stop tension rods) and five (5) new Coker BFG tires tubes 3.75" white walls all recently balanced.
The car is a stock, 6 passenger touring car, model 51 with a straight 8 overhead cam motor, and electric fuel pump to make starting easier. She has a new hi amp battery, new battery cables and tray-hold downs. New decals on motor. .
Rustoleum has been applied to the undercarriage and painted flat black.
Interior enhancements include a new gear shift knob (3 speed/reverse on column), new decorative parts on steering wheel horn ring, new dome light switch and chrome escheon. The horn, headlights and turn lights work. Both seats and door panels are in good shape, The rear seat has a fold down arm rest in center. The door locks work. The headliner need replacing and the two assist straps are worn and need restoration.
Extra parts: cowl gaskets, two gaskets for front fender running lights not installed, rear wheel welts not installed, radio vibrator, antenna and base chrome mount not installed, 9 hubcaps, 4 stainless steel wheel rings, new headlight visors with red ruby gems not installed yet, new spare tire hold down bracket and bolt, screw type.
